Remembering September 11, 2001

Take the time to reflect on this horrific moment in U.S. history with the following two books, as well as others in the Library collection. Unique perspectives are presented in:

Never Forget: An Oral History of September 11, 2001 by Mitchell Fink and Lois Mathias. Harper Collins, 2002.
This book collects the moving stories of survivors, rescue workers, volunteers, family members, and friends whose loved ones perished on that day. These stories move from heartbreaking grief to the uplifting process of healing.

These are the eyes of students from Stuyvesant High School in New York as they share firsthand stories of a day none will ever forget.
